AMBASSADORS OF SOUL

The Ambassadors of Soul is an 18 piece "funky big band" that plays music focusing on the genres of funk, R & B and pop music. Their highly entertaining shows have delighted San Diego audiences and have been featured at Panama 66, Dizzy's, San Diego street fairs and many other venues.

This program gives young musicians the experience of performing fun, high energy music in a relaxed environment. each year students learn valuable tools to become better at their craft and be part of one of San Diego's hottest high school bands!!! Long lasting friendships and connections are made and alumni performances are an annual event for AOS.

In addition to rehearsing and performing, every year AOS gets the incredible experience of making a CD in a professional recording studio! Their CDs' have received rave reviews from parents and fans and have been nominated by the San Diego Music Awards for "Best Local Recording." We are currently looking to expand AOS and start a middle school program in Fall 2019!!!
